All you need is a fudgy, chocolaty, gooey warm brownie with walnut pieces and cold vanilla ice cream.
Basically the description and the story behind this recipe should be over with the first sentence. I mean that’s all you need to hear.
Brownies are one of the most common thing to bake, however it took me almost 2 years to upload this recipe :D.
You can find a bounty brownie recipe but if you are looking for THE BROWNIES, you are at the right place.
I think almost every family has it’s own borwnie recipe, this is our version and to be honest, this is the best one I have ever had. I don’t want to sound arrogant but it really is the best recipe in my oppinion.
The credits for this recipe go to my Mom, it’s actually her recipe. So thanks Mutti!
Brownies are the easiest thing to bake! Like really, it’s so simple. You just mix everything together with a spoon and bake it. That is all.
I can’t say anything else, I mean, just look at the photos!

16 g vanilla sugar or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

In a large microwave-safe bowl melt the butter and the dark chocolate at 30 seconds intervalls. Let it cool a few minutes.
In a medium bowl mix together the eggs and both sugars or the vanilla extract.
Add the egg mixture to the chocolate and butter and mix it well.
Stir in the flour until it’s combined but don’t overmix!
Fold in the walnuts.
Spread the butter in the pan evenly. Put it in the oven to 20-30 minutes. Start checking at 20 minutes. It’s good when it’s just set, be careful and don’t overbake them. Serve them warm with vanilla ice cream.
